Jason Thomas, manager of Innovation at Thomson Reuters, has joined the advisory board of Coin Center, a non-profit research and advocacy organization focused on the public policy issues facing cryptocurrency technologies.

Based in Washington, D.C., the organization seeks to inform and act as a resource for policy makers and media outlets on digital currency technologies, including Bitcoin.

Thomas has solidified his position as one of Thomson Reuters own digital currency gurus as a member of the Digital Economy Task Force. In fact, his role in demystifying leading-edge technology and discussing risks and opportunities related to digital currency has been his mantra for some time.
