Firm Central: Spotlight on mobility
A few weeks ago, we launched the first in a series of blog posts about Firm Central, the hosted practice management solution designed for small law firms. Firm Central is “in the cloud,” which means that its services are delivered via the Internet. One of the greatest benefits of cloud computing is that you don’t have to be tied to your desk, computer or filing cabinet. Now you can take your office with you and manage your practice anytime, anywhere.
Mobile access is built into Firm Central, providing instant access to the information you need from your tablet, smartphone and laptop. “All of the documents you put into Firm Central are available right along-side your contacts and matters wherever you have an internet connection,” says Brian Mismash, director of Product Strategy. “You really have to see it in action on your smart phone to appreciate both the speed and utility of what we’ve built.”
