Elite’s VANTAGE Las Vegas conference kicks off today
Today, VANTAGE Las Vegas kicked off with a packed keynote session led by Bill Burch, vice president of Global Sales for Elite, who spoke to the Elite value commitment to support customers at an even higher level. Elisabet Hardy, vice president of Product Management at Elite, recapped a successful year with three new product launches, 13 new product versions in the Elite portfolio, 420 enhancements and the integration of 3E and MatterSphere via Workspace. Business Development Premier integration with Workspace will be releasing in a few weeks.
In follow-up, Eric Sugden, chief technology officer for Elite, discussed the newly launched Elite Mobile App which includes ProLaw, Workspace and Business Development Premier. Sugden also announced the launch of Visual Designer, a new template design capability; the new integration capability between ProLaw and eBillingHub; and a new ProLaw portal.
In conclusion, Eric Ruud, managing director for Elite, talked about his priority this year: customer connections. With more than 4,300 customers in 42 countries, he
announced a new customer advocacy group, led by Elite Vice President Patrick Hurley. The focus will be on renewed levels of customer engagement and support, with the relaunch of the Elite Community and customer training for all Elite employees. In conclusion, Ruud challenged customers to not only take in educational sessions and networking opportunities at VANTAGE, but to fully participate in focus groups to share insights to help shape the new Customer Advocacy goals.
