AALL 2018 Preview: Let’s Connect in Charm City
As legal information professionals from across the globe gather in Baltimore, also known as “Charm City” and one of the most historic cities in the U.S., for the 2018 American Association of Law Librarians Annual Meeting & Conference, let’s continue to embrace our incredible history as we build the future of the profession and industry.
Thomson Reuters is proud to carry on its longstanding sponsorship of AALL, which is enjoying its 111th year serving legal information professionals. We are looking forward to seeing everyone – catching up with colleagues who we may only see at the annual meeting, as well as meeting new friends whom we will look forward to seeing next year.
While we will be highlighting several products in our booth and participating in educational sessions, we’re more interested in listening to you, our customers. We want to hear how we can help you in your career, organization and the industry as a whole. So please stop by the booth or attend one of our special events – whether it’s a breakfast, reception or happy hour – we want to catch up with you.
But let’s not forget that we will have some fun while in Baltimore, too! There will be some great prizes and giveaways in our booth, but the highlight, and one we look forward to every year, will be celebrating with you at our customer appreciation party where you can “get your glow, groove and dance moves in motion.”
So that is just a snippet of what we will experience at the annual meeting. And if our paths don’t cross in Baltimore, I hope we will connect with you where you live and work as we continue to support AALL through the local and regional chapters nationwide. And finally, look for invitations from your Information Management Advisor for post-conference updates and educational webinars!
