As many are descending on Las Vegas this week for the 2012 Elite User Conference, We’re Listening will be there as well. This year, Elite User Conference attendees, as well as attendees of the ProLaw User Conference, will have the opportunity to provide feedback on our business, products and services.

The We’re Listening program inspires conversation with our customers by providing several ways to tell us about their challenges, provide feedback on our products and services, and even suggest enhancements to the conference itself. Attendees can participate in a Twitter discussion using the hashtags #EliteUC and #ProLawUC, as well as post feedback and speak with our executives at the We’re Listening booth. We’re Listening will also host special “Say it”-themed lunches for executives and attendees to generate conversations.

Elite was able to use feedback from the 2011 Elite User Conference to better meet customers’ needs. For example, feedback received at last year’s conference stated that attendees wanted an app to more easily access conference schedules and information. Following that feedback, the new Elite and ProLaw User Conference portal will be launched at the 2012 conference and available via a Web browser or the new Thomson Reuters Convene mobile app for iPad® and iPhone®, available in the iTunes® app store.

With Thomson Reuters Convene, attendees can access conference resources and information as well as connect and collaborate with fellow attendees and provide feedback by rating sessions right from their mobile devices. The discussions on the app will be displayed alongside the Twitter feed at the We’re Listening booth for all conference attendees to see.

You can be part of and follow the conversation on Twitter by using the hashtags #EliteUC and #ProLawUC. Check back in with Legal Current throughout the week for updates and information from the Elite User Conference.
