The passing of Bill Rutter, founder of The Rutter Group and BAR/BRI Bar Review and highly respected member of the California legal community, has prompted an outpouring of memorials from literally hundreds of leading practitioners and jurists. Bill was a luminary in legal writing and education, and his Rutter Group Practice Guides have provided essential insights and analysis for generations of law students and practitioners.
