Thomson Reuters Concourse continues to integrate tools and resources into its workflow solution for corporate and government law departments. Recently added to Concourse were Drafting Assistant, Westlaw Doc & Form Builder, and WestlawNext Practitioner Insights, with further announcements expected in the coming weeks.

“By connecting these solutions with Concourse, users can save time and energy accessing information and resources relevant to their work on a matter, whether on the desktop at the office or via a mobile device or tablet,” said Anne Thompson, director of Product Development at Thomson Reuters. “The integration of Drafting Assistant highlights this, enabling improved collaboration with colleagues and outside counsel through matter room folders and providing automatic notification when documents are updated and ready for review.”

Thompson added that these integrations are a result of customer feedback. “We are constantly working with and receiving feedback from our customers to better understand how they work and determine ways in which we can improve our software products and services to enable them to be more efficient and effective; providing ways to connect Thomson Reuters products more seamlessly through Concourse is in direct response to this feedback.”
