Building on a longstanding relationship with CWAG (Conference of Western Attorneys General), Thomson Reuters and CWAG announced an expansion of their partnership at the recent CWAG annual conference.CWAG

As part of the expanded collaboration, CWAG and Thomson Reuters will publish the American Indian Law Deskbook addressing the dynamic and evolving field of Indian law and is authored by practitioners and CWAG members who have been involved in Native American law for many years. In addition, CWAG programming will be available on West LegalEdcenter for continuing education.

“This new level of collaboration with Thomson Reuters will provide our member states, the legal community and other governmental agencies with content and resources not available previously,” said Chris Coppin, CWAG legal director and chief editor. “The state attorney general community provides a unique perspective on Indian law that will prove useful to any practitioner by providing a concise and thoughtful treatise on the subject. The legal community also will benefit from CWAG’s regular updates to the treatise to reflect important changes and developments in the law.”
