Thomson Reuters and BlumbergExcelsior, Inc., a leading supplier of online law forms, have signed a strategic licensing agreement which will add more than 230 Blumberg forms to current content on Westlaw Form Builder. The list of forms covers several practice areas including litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant and powers of attorney.

The Blumberg forms will be incorporated into Westlaw Form Builder’s New York libraries and will be available to existing New York Form Builder customers at no additional charge. Blumberg customers also will benefit from the agreement, as it allows them access to select Westlaw forms content that will be licensed for use on Blumberg’s website.
