On January 23, the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Super Lawyers sat down with legal legends Ted Olson and David Boies for a candid conversation at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City. Olson and Boies were the lawyers in the Prop 8 case in California and have again teamed up in favor of marriage equality in Virginia. Earlier that day, Mark Herring, the Attorney General of Virginia, announced that his office would not defend the ban on same sex marriage in the state of Virginia. There is a hearing set in the case on January 30, and this is what the attorneys had to say about the announcement from the Attorney General:
