Super Lawyers awarded for anniversary coverage of Montgomery Bus Boycott and the Voting Rights Act
Super Lawyers was honored by the Minnesota Magazine & Publishing Association last week with a Silver Award in the Feature Story category at the group’s annual gala last week.
The magazine was recognized for the feature article, “We’ve Come a Rather Remarkable Way,” which took an in-depth look at the African American attorneys – including U.W. Clemon, J. Mason Davis, and Fred D. Gray – who played integral roles in the Montgomery bus boycott, Selma Marches and the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
