Recapping a year focused on customers
“The most important part of this conference is for our team to talk with as many of you as possible,” said Kim Massana, president of Elite, to conference attendees at the opening session of day two of the Elite User Conference. “We want to know what is working well and more importantly what we could do better moving forward.”
In fact, a customer survey conducted at last year’s conference helped Elite prioritize improvements to the new 2.6 version of 3E. This product upgrade was just one of the many highlights Massana called out. Additional product highlights included the client uptake on the current version of Elite Enterprise 3.9 and ProLaw XII.
Massana also stated that two recent acquisitions, Kleinmundo and Oracle Legal Services, and stronger partnerships with IntApp will help Elite expand their product base and customer offerings.
Internally, Elite has some new members on its executive management team, rounding out a core team with significant software and services experience. In June, the headquarters for Elite will move to a new location in Los Angeles, providing a technology-forward space for Elite to further its entrepreneurial spirit.
Looking forward to 2012, Elite is anticipating the launch of 3E 2.7 and of a mobile application for iPad which will allow users to have real-time client and firm dashboards at their fingertips.
