New study explores means to increased public sector efficiency for legal professionals
Many legal professionals have experienced in recent years the challenging combination of rising workloads and diminishing resources. This combination of conditions has presented major workflow challenges, especially to legal professionals in the public sector. In a recent study, Thomson Reuters explored these challenges and sought new and innovative ways help public law offices work more efficiently. The study surveyed over 500 public sector law department professionals, some of whom also participated in detailed interviews to provide insight into their critical tasks and the challenges they face using existing legal software and tools.
