How customer innovation is driving ProView
When ProView launched a little over a year ago, Dan Bennett, head of Mobile Services for the Americas at Thomson Reuters, never would have predicted that customer demand to print from their devices would be so high. While skeptical about the use case of printing from an eBook, customers were making rational use cases, especially in the Tax and Accounting area. Now, Bennett’s team is looking into ways to print and, having solved for the online version of ProView, hopes to have a mobile solution in place yet this year.
“Customer innovation is driving us places we didn’t think we would go,” said Bennett. “But, if it’s important for the customers and if it’s something that we think delivers real value for customers, then we can go there and we love that about ProView.”
