The white paper offers an overview of the growing problem of healthcare fraud in the United States, the cost of which is estimated by Thomson Reuters to be $150 billion annually, and the disturbing trend of organized crime groups and gangs perpetuating complex schemes to defraud Medicare and Medicaid.
