Workspace, a new Thomson Reuters Elite platform, is now available. The platform, announced this week, provides a single interface so users can access a range of Elite solutions and third-party products from both desktop and mobile devices and improve workplace efficiency. Workspace unifies operational systems with a common architecture, through which law firms can easily access the information necessary to save time, reduce costs and make better, more informed business decisions.

Workspace is driven by the Elite Integration Framework (EIF), which unifies operational data across the firm and provides access to both front- and back-office applications through a single view. With the ability to see real-time client information from both front and back offices in a single view which provides a unique view to make data-driven decisions. Firms can develop insightful key performance indicator (KPI) reports and data displays, as well as view client and matter information, including documents, entities, team information, and financials. By accessing Workspace via Elite Mobile, users can prepare for client conversations with up-to-the minute insights and enter time for billing, on-the-go.
