The ProLaw Summit at VANTAGE 2017 is under way in Orlando, Florida. Legal Current has keynote highlights from the conference, which helps ProLaw users get the most out of the financial and practice management system.

ProLaw has had strong momentum this year, with more than 257 upgrades and well over 2,000 customers and counting. Driving this growth is our understanding of the challenges facing law firms in this buyer’s market – and our understanding of how law practice management software can help firms overcome these challenges.

We recognize that firms’ profitability is up against clients’ new choices; clients’ service expectations are changing, and they are demanding efficiency, with no tolerance for excess costs or errors. Another factor is new technology that is leveling the playing field.

These trends are the reason the strategic direction for ProLaw emphasizes lawyer productivity, office productivity and reliability. The ProLaw team is focusing on customer success by working to improve system functionality and ensuring a better user experience via features to merge documents, including PDFs, to contacts or matters using existing document templates and by enabling users to version an outside document to an existing ProLaw document.

We’re also working with our partners to help our clients solve their most pressing business challenges. See how CenturyLink, one of our partners, is working with us to deliver ProLaw in the cloud, making it easier for everyone to do business with each other. We look forward to working closely with our clients and partners to keep the ProLaw momentum going strong.
