A recent survey report from Thomson Reuters details some of the biggest challenges legal departments are currently facing, along with trends in staffing, on-boarding and technology, as well as costs of outside counsel.
We’re only as good as our tools and data, so accurate, up-to-date information is needed to deliver insightful counsel business partners rely on from the legal department. Challenges may include staff bandwidth issues and increase legal and compliance risks.
