EAGAN, Minn. – Thomson Reuters announced that C-Track Court Case Management Solutions (C-Track) will serve as the official case management solution for the Kentucky Supreme Court, Kentucky Court of Appeals and Louisiana Supreme Court. C-Track is designed to improve how courts perform by enabling them to efficiently capture, track and process cases, and manage information among justice partners.

“As the Kentucky Court of Justice began planning a new case management system for the appellate courts, we wanted to partner with a company that could meet our unique needs with the latest technology,” said Laurie K. Dudgeon, director of the Administrative Office of the Kentucky Courts. “We believe we’ve found the right partner in Thomson Reuters. C-Track will vastly improve the ability of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals to capture, track, process and report on cases from filing through disposition. Our partnership will benefit the courts, the legal community and the public we serve.”

C-Track allows courts to efficiently manage case processing and improve collaboration across other judicial partners, enabling them to operate more efficiently, eliminating redundancies, and also increasing transparency and automating tasks associated with complex court processes.

C-Track, a web-based enterprise software product, provides courts with an adaptable CMS solution built on open system architecture that can be updated and changed to adapt to the court’s needs. C-Track offers streamlined document management with drafting; validation tools; legal research and workflow management resources; and data exchange interfaces to other justice partners/agencies. Through its market-leading customer service, C-Track customers also receive system enhancements, statutory/legislation rule changes and free upgrades to the core software.

“While the advances in technology have enabled greater transparency of our legal system and increased access to justice, governments remain under tremendous pressure to save costs, and that is where Thomson Reuters and C-Track provide value to court systems around the globe,” said Manoj Jain, vice president, Global Head of Business Development. “We are pleased to partner with the Kentucky Court of Justice and Louisiana Supreme Court to provide their court case management solution.”
